We are on the lookout for a full-time Rhino Shop Concierge to join our Sales Support Team.
Description
Our Rhino Shop Concierge will supervise the online shop and ensure that all goods will be delivered to the clients to advance the customer journey.
As a Rhino Shop Concierge your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Rhino Shop - working with sales consultants on the voucher process and curation of gifting for their clients
- Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves and all other requirements as directed by the line Manager
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
- Adhering to assigned routes and following a time schedule sent. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
- Conclude on all aspects of the post confirmation services through the Rhino Shop
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from consultants and clients
- Transporting, and delivering items to clients at the properties they will be staying at
- Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors
- Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
Requirements
Our ideal Rhino Shop Concierge will possess:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Valid Code 8 Driver’s Licence
- Concierge and delivery experience with a minimum of 5 years
- Exceptional soft skills etc. great communicator, client experience focused.
- Already based in Cape Town
Not essential but advantageous:
- Diploma in Tourism Management
- Technical/specialised knowledge to run an online shop
- Additional language is advantageous. Rhino Africa specialises in 5 different languages (English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish)
