To keep #trending at the top of the travel industry and even more so in the digital world, we're on the hunt for a Junior Digital Marketer to join our double award-winning, super international, 5x multilingual Digital Marketing team.
Rhino Africa's in-house Marketing agency, is home to our own tribe of digital marketing #fundis, SEO specialists, wordsmiths, data-savvy business analysts and an audacious team of photographers and designers; all of whom collaborate to share our African passion, experience and knowledge with the world. We're on a safari straight to the top and we're looking for someone to join us on the journey. What we're looking for is more than someone who can make a pretty picture - we're hiring for an inspired, creative and up-to-speed Digital Designer.
As a Digital Designer your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Developing & applying different Corporate Identities that fall under Rhino Africa's umbrella of brands;
- Giving life to everything from webpages to presentations, proposals to documents and events;
- Designing marketing collateral like client, staff and supplier newsletters;
- Creating visual prototypes that explain user experiences and project flows to different stakeholders;
- Generating concepts and interfaces that showcase and apply communicated ideas;
- Brainstorming design ideas with Rhino Africa's management team and working in close collaboration with our Marketing and Web Development departments;
- Most of all, inspire clients to undertake a safari or wildlife experience with Rhino Africa.
Requirements
As Rhino Africa's Digital Designer, you will produce handiwork that reaches diverse audiences and celebrates the beauty of Africa, binding our award-winning vision and purpose together and carry at least:
- A tertiary qualification in graphic design;
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital design or a related field;
- Advanced skills across the Adobe Creative Suite.(Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects)
- Web design skills would be advantageous;
- A methodical and precise approach to work and an ability to work around tight deadlines.
- An extremely good eye with a knack for attention to detail.;
- The ability to maintain a high level of productivity under pressure;
- Strong creative, organisational, problem solving and time-management skills;
- Passion for knowledge of Africa and African travel is advantageous;
