We are looking for an Intermediate BI Analyst who will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between raw data and actionable business insights. You will contribute to exciting projects such as utilising AI to build dynamic dashboards and integrating cutting-edge AI tools into our daily operations. Your mission is to ensure data integrity and empower stakeholders across the business with the intelligence they need to drive our mission forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Innovate with AI: Build advanced dashboards and integrate AI tools to streamline business operations.
- Report & Validate: Ensure 100% validation of all delivered reports before stakeholder release.
- Manage Requests: Handle standard stakeholder requests independently with minimal supervision.
- Documentation: Fully document all new or modified metrics in the centralized repository.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently based in Cape Town.
- A Degree/Diploma in Statistics, Mathematics, Data, or Analytics.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Expertise in Tableau, AWS, SQL, Python, and Google Sheets.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Proactive, self-directed, and intellectually curious.
- Articulate and empathetic communicator.
